The Lipped Stick 16 can be used in a variety of different ways. It has an excellent built-in action when slow rolled, or you can give it a steady jerk with the rod, and it’ll dart and dance like a fleeing or dying bait fish. It can also be trolled with significant effect. It is most at home casting over the flats for coral trout and other reef species but will also be very effective casting or trolling the reef’s edge for species like tuna, mackerel and mahi mahi. The bib on the lure also allows it to be used with a jerk bait style retrieve, making it an excellent choice for barramundi or black bass.
